Talk That Shift Returns & Refund Policy

At Talk That Shift, we take pride in delivering quality products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selections, or general preference changes.

Eligible Issues

We only accept claims for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items received

Claim Window

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Proof Required

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Order number
  • Brief description of the issue

Claims submitted without photo documentation may not be approved.

Resolution

Approved claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may result in:

  • Replacement item
  • Refund
  • Alternative resolution at Talk That Shift’s discretion

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers
