Thank you for shopping with Talk That Shift.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Availability

At this time, Talk That Shift ships within the United States only.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary based on carrier and destination, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly first, as they may have additional delivery details.

Talk That Shift is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed for modification.
