How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, with most U.S. deliveries arriving within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Talk That Shift ships within the United States only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, processing may already be underway.
Do you accept returns?
We only accept claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please review sizing carefully before ordering. We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections at this time.
My package says delivered, but I don’t have it.
